随着市场经济的不断深入发展,医疗市场竞争的日趋激烈,医院在政府投入不足的前提下为了谋求自身的扩大再发展,医院的运行机制和产权结构都发生了重大的改变,医院管理层越来越关注医院现金流的变动状况,本文试着从现金流量表的结构和内容,运用各种分析方法解读医院的现金流量表,使医院在财务管理、制订决策方面更加合理、科学。
With the continuous deepening of market economy and increasingly fierce competition in the medical market, the hospital has undergone significant changes in its operating mechanism and property rights structure in order to seek its own expansion and redevelopment under the premise of insufficient government investment.
