一、引言步进式顺控器适于用在控制对象较为复杂且规模较大的单机或生产自动线上。如对象的规模和复杂程度相同,用步进式顺控器编制程序要比用逻辑式顺控器容易的多。但即使如此,如果一个控制对象的规模及复杂程度相当大时,则步进式顺控器的程序设计仍然是比较复杂的,这不仅是因为规模大了,使用矩阵板的范围较大,而且使用的功能也较多。因此,能否成功地使用顺控器于生产线上,一个极端重要的问题是使用人员能熟悉和灵活地应用顺控器的程序设计方
