本文利用多自由度振动理论分析现代疲劳试验机机械振动系统力学性能,推导出试样与传感器之间动负荷误差计算公式及系统固有频率的算式;还根据能量守恒原理对谐振武疲劳试验机的工作机理作了论证,公式推导与计算;对机架系统的组成参数及其对疲劳试验机的力学性能的影响亦作了适当的分析与讨论。图21幅。
In this paper, the mechanical properties of the mechanical vibration system of the modern fatigue testing machine are analyzed by the vibration theory of multi-degrees of freedom, the calculation formula of the dynamic load error between the sample and the sensor and the calculation formula of the natural frequency of the system are deduced.
