随着国民经济的改革开放,近几年我国出版事业也得到较大发展。据统计,1980年我国共有出版社174家。嗣后,以平均每年新增41家的速度向前发展。到1988年底,全国已达到502家。8年时间几乎翻了3倍。这样的发展速度是快还是慢?现有的出版社是偏多还是偏少?今后的发展是继续放开还是紧缩?目前,出版界对此看法不一。但是,出版发展速度问题,是关系到宏观控制和整个出版事业能否健康、稳步发展的大事,必须时时刻刻引起注意。在治理经济环境,整顿经济秩序的今天,这个问题就更加显得突出。
With the reform and opening up of the national economy, the publishing industry in our country has also made great strides in recent years.
