班级工作是学校教育和管理工作的基础。教育的对象是人,我们要尊重学生人格和自我个性,不能用单一的束缚性教育。以人为本的教育价值观具有公正性,它倡导师生平等,它具有亲和力,要求教师的教学活动惠及全体学生。它具有包容性,尊重学生之间的共性和个性差异。我们学校有一个总体的德育目标,那就是尊重学生个性,全面发展,把学生培养成有健全人格的人。本文从建立班委会、学生习惯养成和组织学生参加集体活动三方面浅谈提高学生自我管理能力的措施。
Class work is the foundation of school education and management. The object of education is people, we must respect the personality and self-personality of students, can not use a single restraint education. The people-centered educational values are fair, it advocates equality between teachers and students, it has affinity, requiring teachers to benefit all students teaching activities. It is inclusive and respects the commonalities and individual differences among students.
