从系统分析的观点阐述了二级电压控制的基本原理 ,说明了在电力系统联系日趋紧密的情况下 ,相邻控制区域间的相互关联对二级电压控制效果的影响。文中考虑了区域间联络线的无功潮流的变化 ,对现有的二级电压控制系统的控制策略进行了改进。采用新的控制方案后 ,相邻区域的无功电压变化不会影响本区域的控制性能 ,从而较好地解决了不同区域间二级电压控制器的分散协调控制问题。以新英格兰系统为例进行了数字仿真 ,验证了改进的二级电压控制方案的有效性
From the point of view of system analysis, the basic principle of secondary voltage control is expounded, and the influence of the correlation between adjacent control regions on the secondary voltage control effect is illustrated in the increasingly close power system. In this paper, the variation of reactive power flow in the inter-regional tie line is considered, and the control strategy of the existing secondary voltage control system is improved. With the new control scheme, the variation of reactive voltage in the adjacent area will not affect the control performance in this area, which can well solve the decentralized coordination control problem of the secondary voltage controller in different regions. Taking the New England system as an example, numerical simulation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the improved secondary voltage control scheme
