受检测同行之约,笔者对武汉东西湖一工地进行了低应变发射波法检测,该工程为18层高层建筑,基础采用了PHC-A型预应力管桩,总桩数120根左右。通过检测后发现,在其120根桩中,III、IV类桩所占的比例较大,共发现20余根,按照国家行业标准JGJ106-2003《建筑基桩检测技术规范》中有关条款规定,我们当即通知施工方进行了开挖验证,发现在III、IV类桩中的缺陷,主要为断桩和裂纹以及暴桩,业主也及时把该情况向设计院进行了反映,并拿到了设计部门针对该工地的实际状况给出的处理方案进行了处理。
