今天我所要讲的是根据总行南行长的书面总结,就我所能够了解到的,体验到的,向大家报告出来。第一、是总的情况介绍:总行这一次召开全国金融会议,进行非常顺利,这是因为在二个月前,他们已经开始准备,专门作准备工作的达五六十人,连勤杂人员共有百人左右,各处提案及参考材料,整理发出来的很多,看也看不完,其他大城市的分行提得最多,我们西北准备的材料很少,比较起来,相形见拙。会议进行中经过大小讨论会议,费时十六天工夫,顺利结束。中间中央负责同志如朱副主席、周总理都亲临讲话,大小会议由于有指导有准备,许多问题都能很顺利的获得解决。会议时生活是相当紧张的
