不锈钢焊缝受高温后在其表面会形成氧化皮,从而破坏了不锈钢表面氧化膜的完整性,降低不锈钢的耐蚀性。因此必须对不锈钢焊缝进行焊后表面处理。表面处理有酸洗钝化法和机械打磨法二种。
