目的探讨飞行职业对飞行员的脑动脉弹性指标及血流动力学的影响。方法现役飞行员125名,平均年龄为(32.26±4.47)岁,对照组为89名健康志愿者,平均年龄为(29.80±7.58)岁。采用经颅多普勒超声技术分别观察受试者大脑前、中、后动脉、椎动脉及基底动脉的收缩期峰值流速(systolic velocity,V s),舒张期流速(diastolic velocity,V d),平均血流速度(mean velocity,V m)及搏动指数(pulsitility index,PI)和血管阻力指数(resistance index,RI)。以年龄为协变量,对数据进行协方差分析。结果飞行员组的大脑前、中、后动脉、椎动脉及基底动脉的V s、V d、V m及PI与对照组同侧相比,均无差异(P>0.05);但飞行员组的左侧大脑前动脉的RI值低于对照组人群[P=0.0464,(0.527±0.005)vs(0.542±0.006)]。结论飞行职业对飞行员的脑血流参数无明显影响,但飞行职业能提高飞行员脑血管调节能力,提高血管顺应性。
Objective To investigate the influence of flight occupational on the cerebral arterial elasticity index and hemodynamics of pilots. Methods 125 active pilots were employed, with an average age of (32.26 ± 4.47) years and 89 healthy volunteers in the control group, with an average age of (29.80 ± 7.58) years. The systolic velocity (V s), diastolic velocity (V d), systolic velocity (V d) and systolic velocity (V d) of the anterior, middle and posterior cerebral arteries, vertebral artery and basilar artery were measured by transcranial Doppler Mean velocity (V m), pulsitility index (PI) and resistance index (RI). Covariance analysis of the data was performed with age as a covariate. Results Vs, V d, V m and PI of the frontal, middle and posterior arteries, vertebral arteries and basilar arteries of the pilot group were not significantly different from those of the control group (P> 0.05). However, the left The RI of the lateral cerebral anterior artery was lower than that of the control group [P = 0.0464 (0.527 ± 0.005) vs (0.542 ± 0.006)]. Conclusion Flight occupations have no significant effect on the cerebral blood flow parameters of pilots, however, flight occupations can improve the ability of pilots to regulate cerebral blood vessels and improve vascular compliance.
