班级建设的根本目的是为了发展学生的自我意识与成长需要。不管是从培养未来公民的角度,还是从培养学生责任意识、规则意识的角度,班级岗位都有其内在的教育价值。学生作为成长中的人,有实践锻炼的需要、展示的需要、沟通的需要,丰富的岗位设置以及岗位教育价值的开发,能使学生获得更多成长的资源,引领学生的发展。一旦让管理、制度本身成为一种教育的手段与力量,就能开发出学生的潜能,帮助、促进每一个学生更好地认识自己,实现主动发展,班级岗位就能催生学生成长的气息。
The fundamental purpose of class construction is to develop students’ self-awareness and growth needs. No matter from the perspective of cultivating future citizens, or from the perspective of cultivating students’ sense of responsibility and regularity, class posts have their own intrinsic educational value. As a developing person, students need practical training, display needs, communication needs, rich post settings and the development of post educational value, so that students can get more resources for growth and lead the development of students. Once management and system become a means and force of education, they can develop the potential of students, help and promote each student to better understand themselves and take the initiative to develop.
