自1983年以来,我们采用大剂量肝素和维生素C 交替结膜下注射治疗中度及重度眼部烧伤,收到了较好效果。现小结如下:资料与方法本组共治疗中度及重度碱性烧伤11例17眼。男9例,女3例,年龄最小者3岁,最大者57岁。Ⅱ度8眼,Ⅲ度9眼(按1982年全国眼外伤协作会规定分度标准),其中石灰烧伤6例10眼(Ⅱ度4眼、Ⅲ度6眼)。火碱烧伤4例5眼(Ⅱ度3眼,Ⅲ度2眼)。氨水烧伤1例2眼(Ⅱ度1眼、Ⅲ度1眼)。来院时间;30分钟——半天者6人,1～2
Since 1983, we have used high-dose heparin and vitamin C subconjunctival injection for the treatment of moderate and severe ocular burns, and received good results. Now summarized as follows: Materials and Methods This group of 11 cases of moderate and severe alkaline burn 17 eyes. 9 males and 3 females, the youngest of 3 years old, the largest 57-year-old.
