“始终代表中国最广大人民的根本利益”是“三个代表”重要思想的出发点和落脚点,实现人民利益必须坚持党的领导,人民利益的最本质要求是实现人的全面发展。人民利益的实现与人的全面发展是一个辩证统一的过程,实现人民的根本利益本身就是促进人的全面发展,促进人的全面发展有利于人民利益的实现,二者是一个交叉互动的过程。
