目前,洗胃设备日趋自动化。我院使用的两台yk-Ⅰ、Ⅱ自动洗胃机,机下有一过滤筒,其过滤纱网孔太小(约2mm),筒内滞留大量的混合液,洗胃时易把混有毒物的液体带回胃内,对清除毒物不利;再加洗胃机上接管口、胃管与中间输送管间的接头口径均狭小,胃内容物常堵塞接头口,给洗胃造成了困难。清除毒物时,机器无效的抽吸,易损坏机器,为了克服以上的缺点,我们进行了一项改进,机前放一过滤胃内容物的装置(如图示)。
