本次新盘统计期内共有54个项目取得销售许可证,准许销售面积约278.33万平方米,共有13个区县有新盘推出,其中新盘推出较为集中的区域为朝阳区和昌平区,个数总比例高达44.4%之多,而准许销售的总规模比例也达到了39.7%以上。本期新推出的项目中,住宅项目占据了各物业类型的主体,达到了46个,比例超过了83.64%,其中带商业部分的项目有35个,比例是所有住宅项目的76.09%。而其他的综合类物业、写字楼和商业、厂房、车库等比例和数量均较少。
