硝胺火药是一种新型的科研火药,其成分除硝化纤维素(NC)、爆炸性溶剂硝化甘油(NG)、增塑剂苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和2号安定剂(C_2)以外,还引入了高能炸药如:黑索金(RDX)、硝基胍(NGU)等,以提高火药的能量。 国内外多采用HPLC法对双基药和单纯炸药成分的分离分析,但还未见到高能炸药与火药组分在一起的分离分析。由于HPLC能在常温下进行快速分离、定量,因此对火药中的热不稳定性的化合物NG和难挥发的化合物RDX,C_2等的分析特别适合,且操作简便、分析速度快,一次进样可在十几分钟至20分钟以内,能将全部可浸取组分定最测出。
