1 引言 泰州引江河工程及高港枢纽于1999年9月全面建成并投入运行。该工程的主要作用,一是自流引江,供给里下河及沿海东部垦区水源;二是减轻江都枢纽自流引江压力,腾出江都站更多地向淮北地区送水;三是增加里下河地区的排涝能力。
1 Introduction The Taizhou River Inlet Project and the High Harbor Hub were fully completed and put into operation in September 1999. The main role of the project, one is self-flow of the river, the supply of Lixia River and the coastal waters of the reclamation area; the second is to reduce the Jiangdu hub gravity river leads to Jiangdu station to more water to Huaibei area; third is to increase the river Regional drainage capacity.
