伴随着利率市场化进程的不断加速,各大商业银行间的竞争也日趋激烈。内部控制和财务管理逐渐成为提升商业银行经营管理效率的核心因素,对现代商业银行的管理优化具有重要意义。本研究对商业银行的内部控制和财务管理的含义和联系进行了详细阐述,针对商业银行内部控制和财务管理过程中遇到的现实问题,提出了完善商业银行内部控制和财务管理的策略,以期为相关人员提供相应的借鉴。
With the accelerating marketization of interest rates, the competition among major commercial banks has also become increasingly fierce. Internal control and financial management have gradually become the core factors for enhancing the efficiency of commercial banks’ management and are of great significance to the management and optimization of modern commercial banks.
