高校资产经营公司是高校科研成果转化的重要平台。高校资产经营公司在参与科研成果转化的过程中,还存在政策引导和外部环境有待优化、资产公司自身建设不足、未能达成共识等问题。因此,资产经营公司在参与管理促进科研成果转化的过程中,要创新用人机制,推进专业队伍建设;探索激励机制,加强政策引导;搭建合作平台,拓宽转化途径;加强供需交流,对接市场需求。
University asset management company is an important platform for the transformation of scientific research achievements in colleges and universities. When participating in the transformation of scientific research achievements, college asset management companies still have some problems such as policy guidance, optimization of external environment, lack of self-construction of asset companies and failure to reach consensus. Therefore, during the process of participating in the management and promoting the transformation of scientific research achievements, the asset management companies should innovate the employment mechanism, promote the construction of professional teams, explore the incentive mechanism, strengthen the guidance of policies, build the cooperation platform and broaden the transformation channels, and strengthen the supply and demand exchange and docking the market demand.
