瓠瓜在扬州地区又俗称瓠子。随着大棚栽培技术的发展,近几年来我们进行了瓠瓜的大棚早熟栽培。生产实践证明,大棚瓠瓜一般在5月上中旬至5月底即可分期上市,比原露地栽培提早半个月到一个月。亩产3500kg左右,亩产值5000元以上,既增加了市场的花色品种,又大大提高了菜农的经济效益。现就瓠瓜大棚栽培技术简介如下:
