种植体是近年来提出的一种支抗方式。本研究采用16只雄性NewZealand大白兔作为实验对象,分为两组,即实验组(n=8)和对照组(n=8)。在左右两侧的鼻骨和额骨上分别用骨融性钛钉固定好钛板构成施力系统。骨融合后在矢状方向上钛板之间加力并始终保持力的大小为55.00g。实验结束后制成干燥颅骨,对其进行直接测量和x-线头影测量。从本研究实验结果来看,种植体其本身并没有发生松动和移动,这表明骨融性种植体在正畸力的作用下还是稳固的。从生物力学的角度来看,无论是推力或拉力种植体本身所受的应力并无大的区别,只是反应的部位不同而以。因而该种植体在拉力的作用下也同样不会发生移动。
Implants in recent years proposed a way of support. In this study, 16 male New Zealand white rabbits were divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 8) and control group (n = 8). In the left and right sides of the nasal bone and frontal bone were fixed with titanium bones and titanium plate to form a force system. After the experiment made of dry skull, direct measurement and x-line cephalometry measurements. From the experimental results of this study, the implant itself did not loosen and move, indicating that the bony implant is stable under orthodontic force. From the biomechanical point of view, whether it is thrust or tensile stress on the implant itself, there is no big difference, but different parts of the response. Therefore, the implant does not move under the action of tension.
