目的:观察维药芹菜根醇提物对肾性高血压大鼠血压的影响并探讨其降压机制。方法:建立两肾一夹(2K1C)肾性高血压模型,随机分为假手术组,模型组,阳性对照(卡托普利)组和维药芹菜根醇提物的高、中、低剂量组,按1次/d连续灌药16周,定期测定大鼠尾动脉收缩压和舒张压。末次给药后分离腹主动脉取血,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,丙二醛(MDA),血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ),内皮素(ET)含量。结果:维药芹菜根醇提物组的SOD活力明显升高,MDA含量明显降低,血浆ET含量明显降低,其中高剂量组血浆中Ang-Ⅱ含量明显降低。结论:维药芹菜根醇提物具有降低肾性高血压大鼠血压的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of ethanol extract of celery root on blood pressure in renovascular hypertensive rats and to explore its antihypertensive mechanism. Methods: A 2K1C model of renal hypertension was established and randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, positive control (captopril) group and celery root alcohol extract of high, medium and low dose Group, according to 1 / d continuous perfusion for 16 weeks, regular determination of rat tail artery systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Blood samples were taken from the abdominal aorta after the last administration, and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) and endothelin (ET) were measured. Results: The SOD activity of the ethanol extract of celery root tissue was significantly increased, the content of MDA was significantly decreased, the content of ET in plasma was significantly decreased, and the content of Ang-Ⅱ in high dose group was significantly decreased. Conclusion: The ethanol extract of celery root has the effect of lowering blood pressure in renal hypertensive rats.
