本文报告了75名男性青年心功能适应指数,屏气指数和Giulian指标在平原和急性高原缺氧时的变化,以及“高能合剂”对这些指标的影响。结果表明从平原进入高原(4360m)后,心功能适应指数和屏气指数降低,持续两周以上。在平原时换气效率指数较低(0.84±0.11)者,进入高原后急性高原反应重,而换气效率指数较高(1.47±0.32)者则比较适应(P<0.01)。表明换气效率指数对急性高原反应有一定的预测作用。
This article reports the changes of cardiac function adaptation index, breath hold index and Giulian index of 75 young men in the plain and the plateaus and hypoxia, and the effect of “high energy mixture” on these indexes. The results showed that after entering the plateau (4360m) from the plain, the cardiorespiratory fitness index and breath hold index decreased for more than two weeks. When the ventilation efficiency index was lower (0.84 ± 0.11) in the plain, the altitude was heavier after entering the plateau, while the ventilation efficiency index (1.47 ± 0.32) was more suitable (P <0.01). Show ventilation efficiency index of acute altitude sickness have a certain effect.
