良好的体育锻炼习惯与正确的健康生活方式是紧密相联的,适度锻炼与合理健康相辅相承,共同促进。在当前大学生的学习生涯里,体育锻炼习惯与过去的运动模式发生了巨大的变化,不同的性别、不同的年级都在锻炼行为、体育思维及体育效应等方面存在着明显的差异。但健康、阳光已成为现代大学生的时尚追求,以健康体魄进行知识的探索,以阳光的心态迎接风险的挑战,成为大学生的必备素质。当然,健康危害也成为目前大学生身心受损的重要杀手,如:形体肥胖等现象,因此,培养当代大学生成为高素质的健康人才,是我国时代发展的需要,促进当代学生合理营养,择食有度地对待健康理念,构建科学、均衡的营养健康体系,训练学生掌握有效的体育技能,保障大学生的身体健康,转变高校的健康教育工作重心是大势所趋。
Good physical exercise habits and the correct healthy lifestyle are closely linked, moderate exercise and reasonable health complement each other and jointly promote. In the current college students’ study career, the physical exercise habit and the past exercise pattern have undergone tremendous changes. There are obvious differences in exercise behaviors, sports thinking and sports effects in different genders and grades. However, health and sunshine have become the fashion pursuits of modern college students. With the exploration of healthy body and knowledge, the sunshine challenges the challenge of risk and become the indispensable quality of college students. Of course, the health hazards have also become an important killer of college students’ physical and psychological damage, such as the phenomenon of physical obesity. Therefore, to cultivate contemporary college students to become high-quality health professionals is the need of the development of our times and promote the rational nutrition of contemporary students. To treat the concept of health degrees, to build a scientific and balanced nutrition and health system, to train students to master effective sports skills, to protect the health of college students, to change the focus of health education in colleges and universities is the trend of the times.
