独立自主不是盲目排外,自力更生更不是闭关自守。在坚持独立自主、自力更生的同时,对外开放,扩大对外经济技术交流,同样是我国一项长期的基本国策,两者是不矛盾的。
Independence is not blind exclusion, self-reliance is more not closed. While insisting on independence and self-reliance, opening up to the outside world and expanding foreign economic and technological exchanges are also one of our country's long-term basic national policies. Both are not contradictory.
