卫生事业综合效益评价是一项新的工作,这项工作对于强化宏观管理,有效地解决当前资源短缺与浪费并存的矛盾,促进管理科学化具有十分重要的现实意义。做好综合效益评价工作,就要有一套科学的,能够反映各级各类卫生机构综合效益水平的评价指标和评价方法。根据黑龙江省地区特点,我们首先选择综合医院作为评价领域,采取专业理论学者与实际管理专家相结合的方法,通过召开专题讨论会,初步确定9项34个指标作为综合性
The evaluation of comprehensive benefits of health services is a new task. This work has important practical significance for strengthening macro-management, effectively solving the current contradiction between shortage of resources and waste, and promoting scientific management. To do a comprehensive evaluation of comprehensive benefits, we must have a set of scientific evaluation indicators and evaluation methods that can reflect the level of comprehensive benefits of various types of health institutions at all levels. According to the regional characteristics of Heilongjiang Province, we first selected the general hospital as the evaluation field, and adopted a combination of professional theoretic scholars and practical management experts. Through the convening of a symposium, we initially identified 9 items as 34 comprehensive indicators.
