E-commerce platform as the responsibility to regulate the market order, rectify the market chaos, is the important legislative pursuit of e-commerce law. One of the most notable focuses is how to build the responsibility and obligation of third-party e-commerce platform. The third-party platform is the most prominent symbol of e-commerce, which is different from traditional commerce, and therefore shapes a more complicated trading relationship.
