沿海某地区的一处地下钢筋混凝土管道工程渗漏水比较严重,多处地段长年积水。尽管不间断地用水泵排水,但地沟内仍有地下水渗入,影响地沟的正常使用。一、渗漏原因1.该地区地下水位较高,管沟外壁常年浸泡在地下水中。2.施工时降水不到位(基槽底以下0.3米),有时为了抢工期,不等基槽内的水排净就浇筑混凝土,把防水混凝土当成水下混凝土施工。
