为了解决短流程生产高铝钢时水口堵塞的问题,对某厂钙处理工艺前后的钢液成分以及钢液中的夹杂物进行了系统研究,并运用Bjrkvall模型对其进行了热力学分析.研究结果表明喂钙量过大,钢中[S]过高,则浸入式水口(SEN)堵塞物主要为CaS以及含有CaS较高的复合夹杂物.根据钢液中的Al--Ca--S三元活度平衡图可知,生产[Al]s为0.32%~0.39%高铝钢时,为防止高铝钢浇注过程中生成CaS造成水口堵塞,钢中[Ca]应控制在0.0040%~0.0085%,[S]应控制在0.0020%以下.
In order to solve the problem of blockage of the nozzle in the production of high aluminum steels in a short process, the composition of molten steel and the inclusions in molten steel before and after the calcium treatment process in a factory were systematically studied and the thermodynamic analysis was carried out by using Björkvall model. The results show that when the content of calcium is too high and the content of [S] is too high in steel, the blockage of SEN is mainly CaS and the compound inclusions containing higher CaS.According to the Al - Ca - S ternary activity balance diagram shows that the production of [Al] s of 0.32% ~ 0.39% high-aluminum steel, in order to prevent the formation of high-aluminum steel CaS generated during the nozzle blockage, the steel [Ca] should be controlled at 0.0040% 0.0085%, [S] should be controlled below 0.0020%.
