全域旅游是新时期中国旅游业发展的重要战略方向,首批全域旅游示范区名单公布之后,众多县市开始探索全域旅游发展模式。旅游产业集群是实现全域大旅游发展的重要环节。本文运用文献分析与案例研究的方法总结得出湖北省县域旅游产业集群发展的三阶段模式,即成长阶段的景区合作、资源整合、产业链完善,成熟阶段的景区主体模式、专业化发展模式,升级阶段的多产业融合及泛旅游产业集群发展模式,并以长阳县土家族自治县为例,提出其未来旅游产业集群发展规划,为湖北省其他全域旅游示范区的产业集群发展提供模式路径参考。 Global tourism is an important strategic direction for China’s tourism development in the new era. After the list of the first batch of global tourism demonstration areas was announced, many counties and cities started to explore the mode of global tourism development. Tourism industry cluster is an important part of realizing the development of tourism in the whole region. This paper summarizes the three stages of the development of county tourism industry cluster in Hubei province by means of literature analysis and case study, that is, the scenic area cooperation, resource integration, perfect industrial chain in the growth stage, the scenic area main mode, the specialized development mode, Multi-industry integration and pan-tourism industrial cluster development mode in the upgrading stage and taking Tujia Autonomous County in Changyang County as an example to propose its future tourism industrial cluster development planning and provide a reference for the development of industrial clusters in other global tourism demonstration zones in Hubei Province.
