店商“互联网+”的要素第—个要素是转向客户为中心。互联网改变最大的是客户,现在信息对称了,差价就做不了,现在的消费者买什么东西上网查一查就知道了。店商必须从赚差价转变出来,真正了解消费者需求,建立互信。第二个要素是员工驱动。顾客接受信息方式变化了,市场更个性化了,以前标准化的年代过去了。现在一定要去中心化,不是听—个老板指挥,而是员工自己主动做事。“互联网+”一定要把员工的积极性调动起来。
