对2例风湿性心脏病单纯二失瓣狭窄、妊娠晚期合并心力衰竭行内科治疗效果不好的患者，在做好对胎儿X线防护的措施下，成功地进行了经皮二尖瓣球爱成形术（PBMV），并取得了良好的疗效。
