研究了用碳纤维材料作阴极直接从含金氰化液中电积金。在添加Na_2SO_3的条件下,可实现氰化金稀溶液的无隔膜电解。考察了游离NaCN浓度、电流密度、温度、pH值和溶液流速对金在阴极沉积的影响。其中,影响金沉积的主要因素是游离NaCN浓度和电流密度。电解后液可直接返回浸金。
Studied the use of carbon fiber material for the cathode directly from the gold cyanide solution in gold concentrate. Under the condition of adding Na_2SO_3, the diaphragmless electrolysis of dilute cyanide gold solution can be realized. The effect of free NaCN concentration, current density, temperature, pH and solution flow rate on the deposition of gold on cathodes was investigated. Among them, the main factors affecting gold deposition are free NaCN concentration and current density. Electrolytic solution can be returned directly to gold.
