为了让员工身心健康、家庭幸福,以饱满的工作热忱投入到企业的发展建设中,神东公司于2009年启动了幸福矿工工程。困难职工帮扶工作是神东幸福矿工工程的一项重要内容,是彰显团队关爱精神的具体行动,也是传达“和谐神东”理念、实现繁荣共荣的有效体现,更是解忧济困推动社会文明风尚建设的重要途径。近年来,神东煤炭集团公司工会围绕中心、服务大局,把困难职工帮扶工作纳入幸福矿工工程,探索出一条创新务实、有神东特色的困难职工帮扶工作新路子。
