The national economic benefits of water conservancy projects refer to the increased economic and non-economic benefits to all national economic sectors of the whole society after the construction of the project. These include increased direct and indirect economic benefits as well as social, environmental and political benefits influences. The financial income of a hydraulic project refers to the financial revenue obtained by the financial accounting unit or the management unit from the water supply, power supply and operation of the project. The determination of water conservancy project benefits is more complex, requires a lot of investigation and analysis and calculation, and some have to obtain information through experiments, especially for indirect economic efficiency
