近几年来,围绕着社会主义经济是计划经济、商品经济还是市场经济的问题,理论界与实际部门曾开展过一场讨论。仁者见仁,智者见智。有的认为,我国的经济是商品经济;有的认为,我国的经济应是计划经济。既有人认为我国现阶级的有计划商品经济亦即有计划的市场经济;也有人主张我国现阶段的经济是计划经济;还有人认为市场经济是与计划经济、社会主义经济根本对立的,神化市场经济,就会出现从根本上否定社会主义计划经济;等等。笔者认为,市场经济问题不仅仅是市场经济本身概念之争。对这一问题的充分讨论,关系到对社会经济运行机制中的许多问题的认识,如价格机制、信贷机制、竞争机制、经济管理体制、完整的市场体系的建立、计划与市场的结合点……等等,也可以说是如何进一步深化改革,发展国民经济的问题。为此,笔者也就市场经济这个问题谈点自己的不成熟的见解。
In recent years, there has been a discussion between the theoretical circles and the actual departments about whether the socialist economy is a planned economy, a commodity economy or a market economy. Benevolent see the benevolent, the wise see the wise. Some people think that our economy is a commodity economy; some think that our economy should be a planned economy. Some people think that the current planned economy in our country is also a planned market economy. Some people also argue that the current economy in our country is a planned one. Others think that the market economy is fundamentally opposed to the planned economy and the socialist economy. Economic, there will be a fundamental denial of the socialist planned economy; and so on. The author believes that the issue of market economy is not just a contention of the concept of market economy itself. The full discussion of this issue is related to the understanding of many issues in the social and economic operation mechanism, such as price mechanism, credit mechanism, competition mechanism, economic management system, establishment of a complete market system, integration of planning and market ... ... and so on. It can also be said how to further deepen the reform and develop the national economy. For this reason, I also talk about my immature opinion on the issue of market economy.
