为了更好地解决桥梁防撞安全问题,并为桥梁设计者提供规范化的设计工具,交通运输部于2008年立项进行《公路桥梁抗撞防撞设计指南》的编制工作。编制组收集了大量相关资料,并进行了一系列的理论研究和调研工作,对国内外桥梁防撞规范进行比较研究,尤其是美国AASHTO《公路桥梁船撞设计指南》和《欧洲规范》中关于船撞内容的相关规定。美国规范、欧洲规范等都提出了自己的桥梁船舶撞击标准,引入了风险概率等理念,和我国的标准比较差异较大。
In order to better solve the problem of bridge crash safety and provide the bridge designers with standardized design tools, the Ministry of Transport commissioned the preparation of the Guidebook for Crash and Impact Design of Highway Bridges in 2008. The compilation team collected a large amount of related information, and conducted a series of theoretical research and investigation work to compare the domestic and foreign bridge crash prevention norms, especially the AASHTO “Guide to Ship-Bridge Collision Design” and “European Code” Ship collision content of the relevant provisions. American norms, European norms and so put forward their own bridge ship collision standards, the introduction of the risk probability and other concepts, and our standards are quite different.
