1989年10月27日～11月9日民主德国起搏工作委员会主席、洪堡大学教授、心内科主任Joachim Witte,罗斯托克威廉匹克医学院教授、心内科主任V.Knorre和卡尔·马克思城区(相当于省级)医院心内科主任Weber访问了北京、沧州、杭州、苏州和上海,在各地作了有关心脏起搏的学术报告并在沧州和苏州两市分别开办了心电生理与心脏起搏培训班。顾复生、陈灏珠、孙瑞龙、朱中林、蒋文平、许玉韵、林训生、黄诒焯等国内专家教授出席了交流活动。witte教授在北京、沧州、苏州和上海作了AAI和抗心动过速起搏器置入手术示教,重点介绍了非创伤螺旋电极的心房放置方法。民主德国专家介绍了病窦综合征起搏治疗的适应症与起搏方式的选择;不同起搏方式的血流动力学比较与不同方式起搏的适应症;起搏器的程控和抗心动过速起搏。引起了与会者的极大兴趣。现由北京医科大学胡大一等将其中的部分内容整理,介绍给读者。
