急性上呼吸道感染[1]是小儿的常见病及多发病,因出生后0.5-1岁时从母体获得的免疫力逐渐消退,而自身的免疫机制尚未健全,SigA缺乏,故0.5-3岁的小儿易患呼吸系统疾病,尤其我县海拔高,温差大,天气寒冷,故小儿季节性呼吸道感染发病率更高。笔者总结我院自2011年1月~2011年12月用金诃安儿宁颗粒治疗上呼吸道感染婴儿80例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下。1目的观察安儿宁颗粒治疗婴儿上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。

The author summarizes our hospital since January 2011 ~ December 2011 with the Ma-An-ning particles in 80 cases of upper respiratory tract infection in infants and achieved good results, are as follows. Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Anleining granule in treating upper respiratory tract infection in infants.
