针对通钢连轧生产线导卫装置存在的问题展开分析,导卫装置采用高合金成分容易碎裂、而采用普碳钢又存在寿命低的问题。经过现场实践采用铬镍钼合金制造的导卫装置缺陷明显减少,并且合金具有良好的韧性和耐磨性。叙述了铬镍钼合金的组织特性及合金成分。使用铬镍钼合金提高了导卫件的使用寿命,从而提高了导卫产品质量。
Aiming at the existing problems of the guide and guard devices in the production line of Tonghua continuous rolling mill, the guide and guard devices are easily broken by using high alloy components, while the problem of low life expectancy exists in the adoption of general carbon steel. After the practice of the site using chrome nickel molybdenum alloy guide guard defects significantly reduced, and the alloy has good toughness and wear resistance. The microstructure and alloy composition of Cr-Ni-Mo alloy are described. The use of chrome-nickel-molybdenum alloy guides improve the service life, thereby enhancing the quality of guide health products.
