1 提高认识,转变观念,积极发展社区卫生服务1·1 随着医学模式从单纯的生物医学模式向社会、心理、生物医学模式的转化,人的健康卫生不仅仅再是机体上的不适或疾患,而是在生理、心理和社会适应能力上的完好状态。集医疗、预防、保健、康复为一体的社区卫生服务正是适应这一模式转变的基本服务形式。对于社会的基本功能单位社区来讲,卫生服务是社会保障、社区物质文明和精神文明建设的重要内容,是提高人民生活质量的一个重要保证,也是政府为人民办实事、办好事的具体体现。因此,政府各级组织、社会各界要关心、支持并积极参与社区卫生服务,把社区卫生服务纳入社区整体建设的总体规范,要在人力、物力、财力上保证社区卫生服务工作的开展。

Therefore, government organizations at all levels and all walks of life should care for, support, and actively participate in community health services, integrate community health services into the overall norms of overall community building, and ensure the development of community health services in human, material, and financial resources.
