目的:探讨儿科吊瓶式输液冲管的合适液体量以降低药液残余量.方法:A为冲管液,B为输液管内原液,按临床常用剂量配置原液B,采用体外实验的方法,应用紫外线分光光度仪,根据原液B在特定波长的最大吸收峰,通过对冲管不同阶段光密度的测定,确定使输液管残留药液达到最低浓度所需要的液体量.结果:当B液被冲净浓度下降趋向零,收集液体量为19ml即为合适的冲管液体量.结论: 合适的冲管液体量能使B液完全冲净,同时不会输入过多的液体,使输液中冲管操作摆脱盲目性,向科学化规范化的方向发展,从而保障儿科静脉输液的用量准确和安全.“,”Objective: to explore the suitable flushing volume in order to reduce the residual amount of liquid.Methods: A is flushing fluid, B is the liquid infusion tube, according to the clinical commonly used dose to configuration B, using the methods of vitro experiments, applying the ultraviolet spectrophotometer, according to the maximum absorption peak of B in particular wavelength, through the determination of optical density hedge tube of different stage, determine the required amount of liquid when B is meet the minimum residual concentration Results: when the concentration of liquid B was washed down toward zero, to collect the liquid volume of 19 ml is the suitable flushing fluid volume.Conclusion: suitable flushing quantity can make B rinse completely, at the same time it will not enter the excess liquid and make the infusion of wash pipe operating out of blindness, to the direction of scientific standardization, so as to guarantee the dosage of the pediatric intravenous fluids accurately and safely.
