作者应用未纯化的人白细胞干扰素(HLI)治疗15例子宫颈癌病人,取得了一些成果。患者年龄为23～55岁。应用干扰素前后,分别作了纯化蛋白衍生物、念珠菌素、链激酶-链道酶等皮肤试验,以估价细胞免疫状况。治疗前、中、后均分别作了组织学和组织化学检查,手术取得的样本也作了检查。HLI治疗后,病人用外科或放射治疗,依原发肿瘤和局部淋巴组织学的情况而定。根据组织学和组织化学情况,肿瘤组织和巨噬细胞活性的关系以及淋巴结反应状况对病人进行全面估价。分五度:无反应,弱反应、中度反应、反应
The authors used unpurified human leukocyte interferon (HLI) treatment of 15 cases of cervical cancer patients, and achieved some results. Patients aged 23 to 55 years old. Before and after the application of interferon, respectively, made of purified protein derivatives, Candida, streptokinase - chain enzyme and other skin tests to assess the cellular immune status. Histological and histochemical examinations were performed before, during, and after the treatment, respectively, and samples obtained from the surgery were also examined. After HLI treatment, the patient is treated surgically or with radiotherapy, depending on the primary tumor and local lymphoid histology.
