红星苹果树M9砧根内氨基酸总量低于山定子砧。但在春梢停长期和根系活动期高于山定子砧。根系活动期达最高峰,果实成熟期达最低点;山定子砧相应出现在休眠期和春梢停长期。测定的17种氨基酸中,M9砧根内天门冬氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸、组氨酸和胱氨酸含量高于山定子砧,其余12种氨基酸低于山定子砧。根内氨基酸含量的顺序和山定子砧相近,以天门冬氨酸、精氨酸、谷氨酸和亮氨酸含量较多,蛋氨酸和胱氨酸含量极少。M9砧根内氨基酸的总量受天门冬氨酸,山定子砧受精氨酸含量的影响而变化。
The total amount of amino acids in M9 root of Red Apple tree is lower than that of mountain stator. But in the spring shoot long-term and root activity period is higher than the mountain stator anvil. Root activities of the highest peak, the fruit maturity reached the lowest point; mountain anvil corresponding to appear in the dormant period and spring shoot long period. Among the 17 amino acids tested, the content of aspartate, leucine, tyrosine, histidine and cystine in root of M9 anvil was higher than that of mountain statistic anvil, while the remaining 12 kinds of amino acids were lower than that of mountain statistic anvil. The order of amino acid content in root is similar to that of mountain statistic anvil, and the contents of aspartic acid, arginine, glutamic acid and leucine are more than those of rhizome. The contents of methionine and cystine are very few. The total amount of amino acids in root of M9 was changed by the content of arginine in aspartic acid and anvil in mountain.
