从 TN1/DZ78和 TN1/DV85杂交衍生后代,选育成一组抗白叶枯病菌系 KS-6-6,KS-1-21,JS49-6和浙173和农艺性状获得显著改良的中熟籼型衍生抗源。遗传分析表明,其中87-8072和87-8074的抗性受1对显性基因控制,85-21416带1对隐性抗病基因和育性亲和性基因。抗病基因与 DZ78或 DV85所带的 Xa-5和 Xa-7等的关系尚未确定。
From the progeny of TN1 / DZ78 and TN1 / DV85 hybrids, medium-maturity indica was obtained which was significantly improved in a group of bacterial blight resistance strains KS-6-6, KS-1-21, JS49-6 and Zhe 173 and agronomic traits Type derived anti-source. Genetic analysis showed that the resistances of 87-8072 and 87-8074 were controlled by one pair of dominant genes, while 85-21416 belonged to one pair of recessive disease resistance genes and fertility affinity genes. The relationship between disease resistance genes and Xa-5 and Xa-7 in DZ78 or DV85 has not been confirmed.
