根据我省提出的国营工业企业全面整顿,力争在1984年整顿完毕的要求,各地都已行动起来,验收工作行将结束.但我们发现在飞速进行的验收工作中,普遍存在着以下一些值得注意的问题: 1、企业整顿验收工作流于形式.验收工作组的成员中,有很大一部分人是拉伕凑数,你去我来,形成队伍庞大,走马看花,根本谈不上帮助企业搞好经营管理. 2、由于我们一部分领导和同志对验收的目的和指导思想不够明确,导致有些工厂为了达到验收标准,不惜花若干万元买树、买花、搞油漆装饰,搞突击卫生,凭证、帐簿突击重抄,东拼西凑赶制
