本文观察了低浓度氯霉素对人GM-CFU生成作用的初步探讨。结果提示,10~(-8)Mol/L浓度氯霉素有促进GM-CFU生成的作用,与对照组比较,差异非常显著(P<0.001~0.025)。本实验还发现,低浓度氯霉素对人骨髓GM-CFU的生成有选择性,从而结论,低浓度霉氯素可作为一种“再障探剂”进行研究。
This article observed a low concentration of chloramphenicol on human GM-CFU generated a preliminary discussion. The results showed that chloramphenicol at a concentration of 10 ~ (-8) mol / L could promote the production of GM-CFU, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.001 ~ 0.025). This experiment also found that low concentrations of chloramphenicol on the production of human bone marrow GM-CFU selective conclusion that the low concentration of chloramphenicol can be used as a “bystericide” research.
