目的比较凯时注射液及洛丁新对糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法2型糖尿病(DM)(符合1997ADA标准)并发临床DN(24h尿蛋白定量>0.5g)的患者40例,随机分成A和B两组,每组各20例。A组给予凯时注射液10μg加人生理盐水20ml中静脉推注,1次/d,20d为1个疗程。B组给予洛丁新10mg,口服,1次/d,疗程也为20d。用药前及用药20d后各测1次空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血清肌酐(Scr),内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、24h尿蛋白定量。结果A组治疗后Scr下降,Ccr增加,24h尿蛋白定量下降。B组治疗后Scr、Ccr无变化,24h尿蛋白定量下降。A组与B组比较治疗后差异有统计学意义。结论凯时注射液可有效改善糖尿病肾病的肾功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the curative effect of Kai Shi injection and Luo Dingxin on diabetic nephropathy. Methods Forty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (in accordance with 1997ADA standard) and concurrent clinical DN (24h urine protein quantitation> 0.5g) were randomly divided into two groups A and B, with 20 cases in each group. Group A was given Kay injection 10μg plus normal saline 20ml intravenous injection, 1 / d, 20d for a course of treatment. Group B was given new Lotion 10mg, orally, once / d, also for 20d. The levels of fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, serum creatinine (Scr), endogenous creatinine clearance (Ccr) and urinary protein excretion were measured before treatment and after 20 days. Results After treatment, the Scr decreased, Ccr increased, and the proteinuria in 24 hours decreased. After treatment, B group Scr, Ccr no change, 24h urine protein decreased. A group and B group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Kay hours injection can effectively improve the renal function of diabetic nephropathy, it is worthy of clinical application.
