中国现阶段的“乙肝排斥”现象对于社会的正常运转和健康发展已经造成了十分不利的影响,政府应该给予足够的重视。本文分析了“乙肝排斥”现象背后的政府责任,并从政府管理与社会政策的角度提出强化政府责任的路径选择。
The “Hepatitis B rejection” phenomenon in China at the present stage has had a very adverse impact on the normal operation and healthy development of the society. The government should pay enough attention. This article analyzes the government responsibility behind the “Hepatitis B Rejection” phenomenon and suggests ways to strengthen government responsibility from the perspectives of government management and social policies.
