一、概述1984年重庆天然气公司为解决市民用天然气储存调峰问题。计划增设天然气球罐。当时国内钢材供应紧张且国内尚不能制造容积大于2000m~3的球罐,而我国与东欧各国采用换货贸易,不需支付大量外汇。因此经过中技公司,重庆天然气公司开始与波方接触,探讨引进球罐的可能性,进而开始了技术谈判。笔者作为监察部门的代表参加了这项工作。1985年重庆天然气公司和波方签署了订购两台容积3300m~3球罐的合同(球罐主要技术参数见表1),球罐用波兰18G2ANb钢制作,由中国的安装单
I. Overview In 1984 Chongqing Natural Gas Company to solve the public use of natural gas storage peak regulation issues. It is planned to build a natural gas tank. At that time, the domestic steel supply was tight and the domestically still could not manufacture the spherical tank whose volume was more than 2000m ~ 3. However, China and the Eastern European countries used exchange trade without paying a large amount of foreign exchange. Therefore, after CICC and Chongqing Natural Gas Company started their contacts with the wave side, they discussed the possibility of introducing a spherical tank and started the technical negotiation. The author took part in this work as a representative of the supervisory department. In 1985, Chongqing Natural Gas Company signed a contract with Waveform to order two 3300m ~ 3 spherical tanks (the main technical parameters of the spherical tank are shown in Table 1).
